I grew up in a Christian household in Texas, but my parents are immigrants from Nigeria. Although I was raised in church, I did not truly believe in the truth of the gospel. I often confused my Christian activities with being in right standing with God, and I lacked a genuine desire to follow Jesus outside the four walls of the church.

All of this changed during my freshman year of college. For months, Campus Outreach staff faithfully and intentionally challenged my view of the Gospel, and I eventually accepted their invitation to a New Year’s Conference they were hosting. It was there that the Lord began to soften my heart toward Him, and after the conference, He opened my eyes to the truth of the gospel. I made the decision to live for Him.

Years later, my greatest desire is to live on mission for Jesus. I long to see young men and women trained to follow Him for the rest of their lives. It was on the campus of UNT that God transformed my life, and I want to be used as an instrument of transformation in the lives of other students. I would love to meet with you and share how we can partner together in helping students come to know Jesus and make Him known!
